      Pros

      Generally pleasant and friendly work culture with a good mix of ages. Diversity and inclusion. The QC team leader was very knowledgeable and passionate about the quality of aids through the line. Great team leadership.

      Cons

      Micromanagement of certain staff members, often times creating a toxic and uncomfortable work environment. Adding to this, some staff members could be very abrasive and unkind on the production line. A few cliques.

      Good secure company but lack of advancement opportunities

      -All cash business (no debt) -Coworkers and management are respectful -Being in a company that directly brings value to peoples' lives.

      Cons

      -Lack of mobility within the company (currently) -lower salary -company very sensitive to economic stress during 2018-2024. Covid layoffs. Currently issues with merit increase despite employees' good performance
