      Pros

      Friendly coworkers! Hearing aids benefit many people. The algorithm could be very fancy, That means your work could be very interesting.

      Cons

      Everything is based on regulations. Sometimes the work is tedious. Large companies are trying to get a slice of market. Management is not confident on the company future. Several C level executives and several managers left I year 2020.

      Sales goals are ever changing and always late for staff. Very reactive management. WFH program is being phased out and exceptions are unfairly made.
