Cons

Stressful environment. Lots of turnover in management. Spend a lot of time fire fighting.

Pros

My coworkers were amazing humans and super fun to be around. I enjoyed working with them as well as our clients.

Cons

I worked here for a short time and went through 2 managers. The second one was hired because he's part of the 'good ole boys' club. COVID hit and the disparities of who was furloughed and who wasn't were very obvious. They kept mostly men on staff during that time. Cue the whole "I don't see color speech" that June and you can clearly see the toxicity of this place. Oh, and I was warned on my third day that a certain management member was not my friend and to only speak when spoken to because anything I say will be weaponized against me. When I asked about harassment from customers, I was told "you can just deal with it." This place was a big NOPE for me.

no flexibility to work from home, unrealistic expectations (hurry up and wait, then start over), overworked, CEO is not fit to lead
