Pros

Salary and commission plan started good but leadership started ‘fixing’ that three years ago....basically was a designed pay cut. Nice campus. Good technology but poor quality. Customers were generally great to work with.

Cons

Leadership is a snake pit and both pres and ceo have some serious skeletons in their respective closets. Company is way behind in direct to consumer which will be a major distribution channel in years to come. Politics...matters more if you’re “in” and not as much how well you do your job. Employees who donated to their sham of a foundation were favored over those who didn’t. Horrible work/life balance if you work in sales or marketing. Locker room like sales atmosphere.

Pros

money, benefits, 50% of people are normal and good, other 50% are in clicks. Good location, nice campus, buildings are decent, office space crowded, ugly home-made furniture is gray but tolerable. good restaurants nearby are good.

Cons

leadership family run, unfair, double-standards, you'd think it'd be a good place to work until you are there for a short while to discover it isn't. We all need jobs so most people there suck it up, collect the pay check, and drink the cool-aid. Which is acrid. Reputation in the industry is poor. Leadership is poor and pat their own backs. Family run by an unqualified individual. I wouldn't recommend a job here if you can find somewhere else to work. Trust me, it's caustic at that place. The overall Leader(s) treat everyone like minions. 90% of leaders are clueless.

Pros

Historically good benefits, nice campus. Local headquarters for a multi national company. Privately held company, had been a strong research based company. Not that way anymore.

Cons

Family ownership loves to create drama, questionable morals. While the foundation has a great mission, it serves mostly to feed the egos of the family. CEO is not prepared to handle the day to day needs of a business of this size.
