Pros

Great people, leadership, mission and culture. Great work-life balance. Long tenure of current employees speaks volumes on employee satisfaction and growth opportunities. New ideas and collaboration highly valued. Very customer focused organization that also values employees. Very welcoming for new employees - great on-boarding.

Cons

Most roles are required to be on-site or hybrid. Not much as far as fully remote opportunities. I really enjoy being in the office, collaborating with my colleagues so not so much a Con for me.

Management is clueless most of the time to issues that becoming more frequent CEO who is unqualified and not seeing the company is falling apart from the inside.
