      Technology - we have a product that is innovative and setting the baseline for the market New CHRO - We finally have a CHRO that speaks in simple language and gets the importance of building teams and talent development Opportunity to define the next chapter for the company Balanced Leadership team of legacy leaders and new executives from well named public companies

      People hold onto the past - some resistance to do things a new way....this is changing The infrastructure needs work - out process and systems don't match the scale we have reached as a global company

      Starkey is a company dedicated to serving it's patients and providing the world with better hearing. If they like you and you buy in to the culture, there are very good advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      It's a changing industry and it remains to be seen how well Starkey will evolve. The company is losing out on market share to giant competitors who have unlimited financial resources.
