Toxic workplace. Incompetent, "home-grown" top management. Exponentially growing fluctuation. New talent hired for ridiculously low starting wage flees after a few years on the job. OK for unskilled workers on the job for 20-25 years. Take your skills where they are appreciated. Dying family business with ill company culture. Stay away, save your sanity.
