      Pros

      The company provides an environment that enables everyone to succeed but you need to work very hard in order to be successful. Commission plan is very good once you have made several placements. The CEO is very available to everyone in the company

      Cons

      It is a competitive business and recruiters are not compensated for their effort but rather their successes - that is just the business as frustrating as it may be.

      Pros

      Excellent company culture, hard place to make a lot of money because of how the network is set up for certain cities to succeed over others.

      Cons

      As mentioned before, if you aren't in a big city - New York, Boston, Chicago -- it's hard to get others to recruit on your jobs.
