      Pros

      Great people to work with. They care about you. CEO is the best guy I know. Great commission plan. You can make a lot of money here.

      Cons

      Nothing really. Maybe to loyal to people, keep them for a long time even if they do bad.

      Pros

      Excellent company culture, hard place to make a lot of money because of how the network is set up for certain cities to succeed over others.

      Cons

      As mentioned before, if you aren't in a big city - New York, Boston, Chicago -- it's hard to get others to recruit on your jobs.

      Support from contracting agency, salary, benefits were all above average for contract position. Excellent communication from agency and with hiring company
