      -Talented people, learned a lot from them -Fun working environment -Supportive management -You got the feeling that people cared -Good work/life balance

      Cons

      -Initiative move into development was ok and then the crash hit and lots of good, talented and nice people had to be let go

      Responsive when help is needed. Great Management.

      Cons

      The company doesn't seem interested in moving you up. its pain to deal with some of people from Boston office. (For contractor : Won't move you from your current project to new project till your current project end even your want new project so badly)
