Family atmosphere. There is the potential to make ok money. You won't become rich, but you will not starve either.

Cons

Allow people to do what they do best. The skill sets are diversified enough to drive business if everyone is able to do what they do best and not be forced to cross over into areas they lack the aptitude to succeed.
