Very political environment with an AIG mentality. This will inhibit the company from becoming a sought-after place to work for. Management not flexible at all with work arrangements, telecommuting, etc. In this day and age, every company needs to be supportive of telecommunication and flexibile schedules.

nice people decent bonus good happy hours for those who eat sleep and breath insurance like ceo, you can make a lot of money

Cons

systems are stuck in the 1980;s, too many problems everyone has a AIG entitlement to them the new systems barely work any better than the old systems they were implemented to replace. too many growing pains with a new company there just learning there processes for audit and keep changing it.
