Pros

The benefits package is good

Cons

Sudden return to office after two years of working remote (were told on a Friday that we were expected in the office starting Monday). Company no longer seems to care about their employees well being. No consideration for working from home unless you refuse to get the vaccine (many people who refuse to get the vaccine still work from home). Overall the company is going downhill, people are leaving left and right for better opportunities. There are no good candidates to replace the ones that are leaving as what candidate is going to want to go to the office 5 days a week for a job that can easily be done at home.

Pros

Prior to the recent leadership debacle, work/life balance was acceptable.

Cons

-It has become apparent that management (both mid-level and senior) does not care about its employees. More details below. -Starting pay is average but there are corporate mechanisms/bureaucracy in place to prevent you from exceeding that range, even with promotions. -Strong performance which results in large profits to the company is neither rewarded nor incentivized, even if that is your actual job. -I am not aware of a single person at the company under 45 who is happy to be here or happy with management. -Here is the perfect example of management communicating to its employees. The Thursday before, we were informed that we were expected to be back in the office 3 days a week. Now 2 days before the weekend we are informed we will be back 5 days a week. I’m done.
