Pros

Pros? You're frickin kidding me, right? Apparently Cancer doesn't get you extra days off to spend with family.

Cons

Micro management. Trainees are yelled at, literally, and humiliated by assistants and backed by management. Seriously? They make promises which they never intend to keep, and don't. If you took the time, and asked the right people and questions. You would understand why Starr is the dumping ground for the AIG cast offs who no one else would ever hire. This is from a management prospective of course. Assistants get parking paid for. 30 year veterans and former managers are brought in at half salaries, two week vacation and no parking. Before accepting a job here ask yourself, "how desperate am I"?
