Cons

Have created a toxic firing culture and this is team-specific. Vet your manager thoroughly and make sure it is a good fit. Company is obsessed with performance reviews. Make sure you dont give yourself a 4 or a 5 unless you hung the moon. In office - limited flexibility.

If you are on the right team you will really enjoy your time at Starr. I love the support from management and senior management within my group. Very flat organization
