Cons

Unhealthy work life balance for individuals with children A LOT of work for very little compensation All stores are treated the same (Smaller stores are being penalized for not doing as well as larger stores) No sense or care about demographics

was hired as a bowling counter concierge, was offered a position to accommodate some physical limitations. This flexibility disappeared when upper management (corporate) was in the building . Was not allowed to operate simple equipment, such as lights, and choosing PC based music.
