Pros

co-workers are nice, helping consumers in there time of need.

Cons

morale is very low, currently no advancement. constantly changing protocol, Oklahoma location is drowning do to employees leaving over huge protocol change. Claim adjuster should get paid more just on the basis of what they have to put up with from consumers and employers. State Farm has a good neighbors policy but where is for your employees.....

Pros

Efficiency and unloading cost heavy locations. Lots of jobs in DFW.

Cons

Matrix are taking away from real claim handling. You cannot measure successful claim handling by amount of time on a phone call or how many claims closed each day. - Shift bidding and vac bidding takes away mgmt decisions and makes it feel like a call center. Job has changed a lot and losing a sense of pride working at the farm.
