Pros

Great work-life balance. Laid back with great benefits. The people are as friendly as it’s advertised on commercials. Supervisors work hard to help you develop and succeed

Cons

The trade off of having a laid back environment is that sometimes feedback isn’t genuine. There is not a clear indicator for when you need to step it up a notch.
