-Work life balance -Learning opportunities -good salary for midwest -opportunities to try new things in other technology areas -good health benefits -remote offerings

Cons

-Business and POs don't really udnerstand their products, Engineers get stuck acting like front end product specialists -Lack of data analysts or data analytics help on some teams- data engineers and software engineers have to fill in -If you're new/young, hard to make work acquaintances and network -Hard to get raises unless you're job hopping internally
