The leadership structure is top to bottom. The top has no idea what the bottom is doing and the initiatives and changes they institute prove that. The company has been going through changes for the last 7 years with no lull. The employees are overworked, underappreciated and exhausted and their work performance shows. They go through periods where they'll move employees - short term- to jobs they haven't done in years or are ill equipped or not properly trained to do. As a result, both the employee and the customers suffer. Overall, a pretty miserable place to work- coming from a long term employee who just got used to it.
