Pros

fast paced, get to help people, and work is somewhat rewarding regional managers are great recourses for employees who need help.

Cons

there is no "HR" so if the agent you are working for says or does inappropriate things there is no one to report it to. Lack of teaching people how to ACTUALLY SELL. hours can be demanding and sales goals can be unrealistic depending on the agent.

Pros

Endless income if you know how to sell to people. You have the ability to be in office or out in the world marketing.

Cons

If you struggle with sales, there is limited guaranteed income. It is not commission only which does guarantee some income.
