State farm has sa brand new state of the art building which is very nice and actually convenient and a decent commute. Like all things, depends on your supervisor you level of enjoyment with the job.

Cons

Challenges are deviation away from sales and focusing more on one call resolution. Which isn't that great as far as less sales.

There was a lot of knowledge gained during training as well as on the job. There is a lot of room for advancement.

Cons

There were too many people in management that shouldn't be. Also they were hiring too frequently with not enough labor.
