Pros

The pay is ok. Yearly merit increases. New building in a great area. My teammates are great. Surrounded by an up and coming area.

Cons

Injury claims in itself can be stressful, however, SF has made it unbearable with their unfair labor practices, no time off. You're basically chained to your desk.

Pros

Nothing really good going on for the company. You get bi-weekly pay. No sign of closing the Atlanta offices.

Cons

No work life balance. Pay is under the industry average. If you have a family, this is job for you. No schedule flexibility. Workload is overwhelming and very hard to use your PTO.

Pros

Decent pay and benefit package

Cons

Was once a dedicated workforce and a close knit "State Farm Nice" environment but culture has been eroding steadily for the past 5-10 years. Company is restructuring from regional offices to 4 hub locations leaving all employees outside these locations on the chopping block with an unknown time table. IT department severing all employees outside of hub locations with no regard for knowledge, skill set, or responsibilities.
