Boring, soulless, and after years of being well rated, I continued to make the same amount my coworkers did. While I did get raises, there would a cost of living base lay increase that wouldn’t affect me in any great capacity, but it would increase my coworkers salaries a great amount. Made me feel like my work was for nothing

Call center vibes. Upper management does not properly manage and cares more for customers than they do the employees. They’ll force you to work on mandatory weekends but won’t tell you until 2-3 days prior. Mind you when hired the work time given was only M-F
