I experienced frequent public criticism, micromanagement, exclusion from communication, and constantly shifting expectations. Training and performance guidance were inconsistent, and I was informed I would be required to relocate indefinitely to another location despite my offer specifying my original site. I also witnessed unprofessional conduct, including sexual conversations, jokes about illegal substance use in the company bathroom, shopping for firearms during company time, and disparaging remarks about customers’ financial status. Workplace policies appeared inconsistently enforced. The role was presented as supportive and growth-oriented, but my experience did not reflect that. Overall, this was a challenging environment, particularly for someone new to the industry.
