Pros

- Company will pay for licensing requirements - Starting pay is sufficient, but not enough to make a living off of alone - There are many different groups for people of different cultures and backgrounds to get together - Hybrid job opportunities

Cons

- Starting pay for entry level employees varies based on hiring date and who you apparently know within the company (nepotism) - No time on the clock is ever offered to go to the events for the culture groups. You must use PTO and request off weeks in advance. - The hybrid opportunities are now changing so more time is being required in. No additional pay for gas or family support (like childcare) assistance is being provided. - Constant hiring of blatantly incompetent people who are not reprimanded in anyway - Some managers will text/call you even while on time off or medical leave to attempt to guilt you into coming back to work.
