Depending on the leader and team you get things can be fun

Metrics heavy, micro managing, hard to promote no matter how amazing you are, its more about who favors you. A lot of lies and deceit from the company itself. My department was not going to exist anymore and they knew that but continued to hire mass amounts of people anyways to the position, had us go through a year of training just to help them get through all the backed up work load so they can finally get rid of my department. It was the plan all along but why do that? Oh yes to benefit those making the most money from this company and not those who are keeping this company up and running, sounds about right capitalism and greed.
