      Co-workers are fun to work with Nice 401K Get free gifts sometimes

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus amount is a disgrace really low compared to other Insurance companies. Statefarm changes to much (not for the better) and expect you to be okay with it. Growth/Promotion is nonexsistent. Management is horrible and only focus on numbers You will get voluntold for anything, they don't give you choices. I think the biggest con is it is all who you know not what you know at Statefarm. I have seen the smartest most qualified individuals get passed up on promotions, but most of the time it's given to the person who is cool with the manager.

      Bad management, no growth, pay is mediocre. Other companies pay more for less work.
