Pros
The training was held virtually and was easy to understand. In-person training held at the headquarters was difficult due to the training team treating adults like children and teaching with condescending tones.
Cons
Deployments are rough if you have never handled insurance claims. SF Operations Managers will leave you out to dry, and your Admin Management barely can keep up with your requests, as they are on deployments, managing a whole other deployment team. For this role to be a corporate role, corporate professionalism is missing. Also, the department has its own rules separated from other State Farm departments.
