      It's not worth it. There's better insurance companies out there that are also remote.

      used to be the WFH, used to be the tuition reimbursement, used to be the family culture, used to be the care of the employees, used to even be the free soda machines

      Cons

      everything I stated earlier is coming to an end/has already came to an end. the new CEO has changed the identity of this organization from when I first started. also management is very hit or miss. I was told this earlier on but was blessed with outstanding leaders over my tenure. moved up and now I see what they were saying. micromanaging to it's fullest. boring work. quantity over quality mindset.
