Pros

Big name company with extremely high turnover and angry customers.

Cons

Has unfair work metrics designed to fire employees they do not like. Company will have fake callers constantly calling your line to frustrate you. Management will have fake negative feedback forms sent in on you to help get you fired. Will fire you before your 5-year tenure, to keep you from being eligible for their pension retirement plan. You better be super human, as they do not allow you to get sick, or call in. Work life balance is out the window, as they do not attempt to accommodate your schedule. They have split schedules where you are off one day of the week, come back to work on a Saturday, or Sunday, then return back to work on another weekday. With a schedule like this, you cannot have comfortable two consecutive days off. This is another thing, they have, designed to frustrate you to force you to quit.

Pros

Health, vision and dental insurance is good. Salary is fair.

Cons

Change is like the new flavor of the month. As soon as a new flavor comes out we're trying it. Because the culture is insufferable many people are willing to forgo the pay. Sanity is very important. PTO is wanting. Sick days and vacation days are the same. Penalties for using your time and in some departments unable to use your time. Unrealistic work expectations especially when employees are leaving like a revolving door. The culture does not exist. The employee morale is extremely low. Management instills a culture of fear. Employees are told to contribute to continuous improvement processes but management does not listen to understand, but to respond in defense. No time for employees to develop. Customers are important but the employees are also customers too. Employees are leaving consistently and those who stay suffer the work load. with the unrealistic expectation that daily work loads can be managed.

Pros

Great benefits, salary is alright.

Cons

Very metric based, constant changes, poor management. Nothing you do will ever be good enough. No matter how great your metrics are or the quality of your work they will always find something to pick at that you need to work on.
