      Pros

      The work schedule was nice - 8:00 - 4:30 pm. If you want a typical schedule that didn't require much time outside of the work day this is a good fit; allows for family/work balance. Always good to be a part of the team that is a leader in the industry.

      Cons

      Lots of layers within an organization making it difficult to make progress at times. It became stifling at times to have to answer to multiple bosses. It was a typical cubical environment that was not inspiring or invoked creativity. Lots of familial ties within the organization. Difficult to advance if you were not related to someone internally.
