      Pros

      -It's like a small family -Hours are standardized -Get most national holidays off -Good benefits (This depends on the Agent you work for) -Amazing company and looks good on your resume -No in between management (can go directly to agent) -Network of people (Agent usually has high-end clients) -Agent usually not in office so the enviroment is relaxed

      Cons

      -Pressure to sell -No real chance for advancement (you can become an agent or stay in your current role until you decide to leave or the agent retires)

      - comfortable work environment - good benefits and work/life balance - average pay

      Cons

      - executives are over compensated for what they do, particularly the CEO - we keep doing the same thing, call it something new and expect a different result. - outdated agency delivery model. Get all agents on same contract or move them out.

      Pros

      I love to deal first hand with our customers. I find this job very rewarding becuase often times we are the saving grace in a time of hardship for many individuals.

      Cons

      There is little room for advancement and the pay isn't great unless you are the agent. We have to fight for every small little raise we get.
