Pros

Great training program at State Farm. Within a month, I knew almost everything I needed to know to do a great job. The office was very upbeat and my coworkers were very helpful.

Cons

Very high turnover. I felt daily pressure to impress management and continually increase my numbers for fear of being let go. Very little opportunity for advancement, at least not in the short-term.

Pros

Very stable organization and great coworkers. Great company that really is focused on customers and employees. Provides a great work/life balance and fairly good advancement opportunities.

Cons

Focused on diversity and inclusion to the point of often overlooking some of our best talent in order to advance a particular gender or race. Should create greater environment in hiring/promoting the most talented individuals.
