Pros

State Farm has an aggressive pay scale and you can quickly climb the corporate ladder. They enable great personal development opportunities.

Cons

Under new leadership, they are a lot less flexible with their workforce- inflexible shifts, inflexible virtual options, inflexible location options. SF used to have an valued employee culture, but every day it becomes less about the employee and more about the production. Morale is down and it's impacting the customer.

Pros

The only reason to work there is they do pay you.

Cons

No job security, no flexibility, rigid senior leadership, top down environment no upward influence on decisions, lack of care for employees, terrible PTO program, pathetic 401K match, too much reliance on outside management consultant companies vs. listening to current leaders ideas, complete lack of understanding on what today's employees look for in a job.
