Pros

The thing I can say about this role is that there is always a supporting environment to help you grow. You will have a team of folks that are willing to help you grow within the role and you will always learn something new everyday that will expand your knowledge as far as claims. The pay is great, though it comes at a cost. Training is a good time, though I wish there should be more time for folks to be properly trained, especially on more complex tasks and claims that may come your way.

Cons

The micromanaging is beyond insane. You will be tasked to do eight plus claims a day while handling claims within your inventory. Most of the office including yourself may feel that you’re over worked and most claims received will take time based on parties and circumstances that are beyond your control. The constant changes within the company will throw newcomers in a loop due to training being sometimes different than the company’s changes with claim handling.
