Pros
Job stability. Decent benefits. Lots of variety throughout the day.
Cons
No longer the caring company that it once was. All about the almighty dollar now. Life/Work balance is hyped, but not easily available. A lot of low level managers are super micro-managers. Losing employees on our team, but not replacing them and instead piling on additional work to already overloaded employees. STRESS.
