      Some managers had no idea what they were doing The work was dull and workers would have meetings about their errors which was demoralizing

      Pros

      Not many besides you can set your own schedule around your college courses. The office is located right next to UMass and It looks good to have the companies name on your resume. You get to network with other UMass students and the work is really easy.

      Cons

      The office is very dull and boring. Upper management does not care about its employees what so ever. The pay is very low and they do not give raises even if you do your work better then others.
