Pros

Consistent schedule and pay, insurance and standard time off benefits. 401k vested in 1 year. Industry experience.

Cons

Lots of typical corporate gridlock. Pay increases are weak. After being there 11 years, I got a raise to meet what they were offering new hires with no experience. I requested an increase based on my experience, which was denied. They then asked me to use my expertise to help another struggling department in the next breath.
