Pros

- good introduction to accounting job world - upper mangement (avp, vp)

Cons

- burnout - employee turnover - unset hours, can work ten hour days with no warning - job description misleading with hours and work site expectations (was told once a month and now they want to start several times a week in the *small* office) - passive aggressive communication - underpaid and unwilling to negotiate I went from training formyself to non-stop training others after my first month.

Pros

Work from home flexibility is usually

Cons

Decent salary to start, but over time they won’t keep you in line with market or your responsibilities and they’ll work you to death. Lots of managers make less than people that report to them. Raises are very poor. You could make half of what your coworker does with similar responsibilities and they’ll just leave it that way, and it’s bound to happen if you stay for any length of time.
