Pros

The company name is the only thing that was good. As it is quite renowned in industry. Very relaxing and chill place to work at, barely any stress or pressure

Cons

Budgetary constraints stopped people from progressing and moving up. Promotion and raise are rare. Internal mobility is non existent. Pay is subpar below industry rate.

Pros

No unpaid OT for weekends.

Cons

The worst experience was working with the GTS China. Decision-making lacked logic and common sense, management requests always driven the project. They lacked SOPs standards in work processes. Progress was difficult to push, and execution was often frustrating. I was also surprised that they had a dedicated design team for product design, as their solutions often failed to address the actual requirements and came across as unprofessional. I would not recommend joining.
