Pros

The people, met some really nice genuine people. That’s about it

Cons

Where to even start. The training provided is absolutely terrible, we got videos from a team when we took over their tasks, which were poorly done at it was apparent they didn’t even want to train us. Teams are constantly short staffed because the company are cheapskates, leading to extremely long hours. Very long hours are not just required, but are expected with no thanks or recognition. 12 hour days are a regular occurrence. Poor training combined with state street terrible cheap tech make it so you may never know what time you leave on a given day. Also, the pay is terrible for the job expectations. Don’t come here, and if you do, have a quick exit strategy. This job will grind you down.
