Pros

Great corporate policies regarding balanced work life, culture of inclusiveness, gender equality, community engagement and lessening environmental impact.

Cons

If you're not located in Boston area, there are limited opportunities. Right now, entire firm has made a huge bet on their strategy to integrate Charles River into a front-to-back solution. This means all resources are now diverted to Boston area. If you're not in Boston, you're left out. If you're in an area that is not involved in this strategy, you're also left out; most likely your budget is cut. There's been too many waves of layoffs - and it doesn't seem to be ending. Bad track record of failing to meet strategies and layoffs would be the result.

Pros

Flexible hours. Work from home.

Cons

Very little job security. They let people go the first Wednesday of every month. The pay is below average. No respect for employees. Health insurance are terrible high deductible plans. Managers lie to employees all the time. Get promoted by who you know. More work with less people.
