Pros

Benefits, decent bonus, bewell , work life balance is decent. Can work from home once a week

Cons

No loyalty, too much outsourcing; pay is really low compared to other companies, they stopped giving raises 4 yrs ago. Good place to start but get out after a few yrs with your experience, too much office politics

Pros

Good opportunities for internal mobility; some great, smart people in certain divisions; base compensation and vacation time are pretty good for Boston market; great flex work options open to most employees

Cons

Lots of office politics and frequent reorganizations; size of the organization means change is slow; work sometimes seems pointless when projects are scrapped; incentive comp for VP and above is deferred over 4 years
