Pros

Decent opportunities to move up, get exposure to other areas of the bank.

Cons

Bonuses and yearly raises stagnated. Layoffs or rumors of layoffs leaves everyone stressed out and overworked.

Pros

Benefits, location and flex work opportunities. Base pay ok but bonus opportunity decreasing for VPs and above.

Cons

Leadership pontificates about compliance and accountability but jumps out of the way of blame flowing downhill. Broken systems and processes and siloed communications leave even the most earnest of employees vulnerable. Work loads are high as reductions in force trail on and on. Open office working environment is distracting and demeaning. Once you've moved on to a company worthy of your talents, you'll be embarrassed you stayed as long as you did.

Pros

Benefits, 30,000 people so there are a lot of advancement opportunities.

Cons

Long hours, ridiculously low pay, clueless senior management
