You will never be promoted

Pros

They’re really aren’t any, they pay €50 per year to your gym/sports club membership

Cons

Salaries are below market rate. You’ll never be promoted unless someone more senior leaves. They purposely do not back fill positions when employees leave. Instead they expect the remaining team members to pick up the slack for as long as possible to say the few months wage bill. Annual leave won’t be approved if another team member or 2 are off, so there is a mad rush at the beginning of holiday periods to book leave, first come first serve, and tough luck if you didn’t book your week off in August on the 1st of January. There’s never “budget” for salary reviews at the end of the year. Instead you’ll get your lowest level possible bonus and be told to try again next year.
