Pros

Work load so light i read an entire book within 3 days Plenty of time to read articles and self educate 20 + days of vacation

Cons

Culture: Everyone including management "VP's" seem to hate their lives and hate their jobs more Advancement: Very little room for internal mobility - No intellectual development This job literally gave me anxiety, something I never had before working here. And no, it's not because the job was stressful (it wasn't) it was because everyday I realized I was wasting my life away while being dramatically underpaid. - nothing about this job will make you happy don't work here. Wait for another opportunity even if you're right out of school Trust me
