Pros

Work from home flexibility; most teams allow you to work at least one day a week from home. Good entry level experience and several opportunities for advancement within the company. Good vacation time, 3 weeks vacation plus personal days starting out and increases after 1 year. Time and a half overtime pay after 40 hours in a week.

Cons

Starting is salary much lower than comparable jobs at similar companies. Overtime pay is nice, but total salary is still far below market value compared to similar companies in the industry. Workload is inconsistent and heavily dependent on the client team and department where you get placed. Some client teams are required to work several 60+ hour weeks including weekends during busier months while others have a more consistently manageable workload. Work-life balance can be minimal to non-existent during busier months. During the application/interview process, the company can be unclear and vague about what exactly you're applying for. Postings are for much broader divisions of the company than where you actually work, which can cause confusion and surprises upon starting.
