Pros

- insurance - sport card for tausands of places in Poland - Christmas bonuses

Cons

- promotion - it takes a long time, and it's not on your performence, first you have to make some kind of course then you making a presentation aboutthat program and sometimes about what team thinks about you ( earlier you sending question to all if they like you) and after presentation you wait for offer, when it comes you need to sign and then you have another interview just like for the first time - i really dissapointed because i thought that my experience and what i learnt in the last year will lead me to it (there are people that know less and make more money) - menagers - i like my menagers but they really lying to my face how it is great, truth is if you are not nosy and are not everywhere you will get nothing in this company -
