Pros

Interview process not hard. Can easily get into to get financial service experience. 35-45 hr work week a norm.

Cons

Every position and promotion you are under paid. Salary is definitely not competitive for the industry.

Pros

Experience first hand how cutting corners and saving pennies can create a horrible working environment.

Cons

No matter how hard you worked (and succeeded) - it was unsatisfactory for management. Direct quote from management: "watch what you print, because it comes out of our bonus."

Pros

professional, above average offices. Salary and benefits in line with competitors. The people who have held on to their positions are largely those with extensive experience.

Cons

business and IT Transformation draining knowledge base and morale. long time employees being laid off. Difficult to retain business relationships when entire departments are being outsourced.
